Archway Veterinary Centre Archway Veterinary Centre is a part of New Era Veterinary Hospital. We offer 24 hour emergency service.

We are a first opinion Veterinary Surgery catering for all small animal species, and specialise in Dentistry and Laparoscopic (Keyhole) Surgery. Archway Veterinary Clinic was established over 30 years ago and is ideally located in the heart of St Helier, opposite the newly developed town park and offers some parking outside. We pride ourselves on providing great customer service to you and top quality care to your animals. The Archway team boast in excess of over 40 years experience and have a formidable reputation for excellence in all areas of pet care. Our aim is to make our clients feel valued but more importantly to ensure that all pet care decisions are made with the client and their pet at the forefront of our minds. Our caring and experienced team of vets, nurses and receptionist are here to look after your pets needs - from advice on the care of your new companion through to high quality and professional treatment should they fall ill. So you can be assured that we will always be here when your pets needs us and should they need to stay in, they will receive personal attention day and night. We aim to keep continuity by only having a small number of vets that work out of Archway. This ensures we keep a personalised approach with our clients and their pets.

New Era Vets has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with the JSPCA and we fully supports its plans to develop improved facilities that will enhance animal welfare across the island.
We would like to reassure our clients that New Era Vets will continue to provide the highest stand of veterinary care from Archway Veterinary Centre. Our commitment to the pets and owners that rely on us remains unchanged.
As the JSPCA's plans progress, we will continue to work closely with them and will keep our clients informed of any future developments or changes regarding Archway Veterinary Centre. In the meantime, it's very much business as usual and our team looks forward to continuing to care for you pets.

We'd like to introduce you to our lovely new physiotherapist Man Sing who can be found working out of Archway Veterinary Centre for all our clients in need of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Man Sing graduated from Hartpury University in 2025 with an MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy and is a Category A member of ACPAT. Having previously served for several years as both a Registered Human Physiotherapist and a Registered Nurse in Hong Kong, the foundation in human healthcare allows him to bring a holistic and evidence-based perspective to every patient he treats.

He is passionate about rehabilitation and helping his patients restore function, manage pain, and improve their overall performance. In addition to conventional physical therapy techniques, Man Sing has pursued diverse training in acupuncture, myofascial taping, clinical Pilates, spinal manipulation, and Thai traditional massage. His transition into the animal industry was driven by the belief that animals also deserve the high standard of rehabilitative healthcare as human, which is, however, often overlooked. He is now dedicated to translating his skills and experience into the veterinary field to optimize the quality of life for his veterinary patients.

Having recently relocated to Jersey, Man Sing is looking forward to meeting his new clients and their pets, with the goal of helping them return to a happy, active, and pain-free life.

Client notice : this weekend 24th/25th January. New Era Vets (Georgetown) will be closed from 1 pm, we will be operating our emergency services and inpatient care from our Archway (St Saviours Road) branch including Sunday morning open surgery.

Archway will be staffed by the weekend team from New Era.
We are closed due to necessary maintenance (noisy) to minimise stress to patients in our care.
Normal service will resume from 8 am Monday ( 26th January )
