FOR YEARS, I KEPT SEEING THE SAME PATTERN...
Until one day, it all made sense.
For a long time, I believed the answer was to help the dog.
To find the right training.
The right food.
The right supplement.
The right solution.
But over the years, something kept catching my attention.
Dogs from completely different homes were showing the same patterns—anxiety, reactivity, clinginess, digestive issues, skin flare-ups, restlessness.
And yet, the one thing they all shared wasn't their breed, age or diet.
It was the environment they lived in.
Not the physical house.
The emotional atmosphere within it.
Our dogs experience life through us every single day. They notice the pace we live at, the tension we carry, the moments we don't even realise we're holding our breath.
That doesn't mean we're to blame.
Far from it.
It means we're deeply connected.
That realisation changed the way I looked at canine wellbeing forever.
Instead of asking, *"How do we fix the dog?"* I began asking, *"How do we help the whole household find more balance?"*
That's where Living LANI began.
Not as another quick fix.
Not as another training method.
But as a gentler way of supporting both ends of the lead.
Because when we nurture the relationship, everything else has the chance to change too.
