🐾 DEAR BERNESE MOUNTAIN DOG BREEDERS AND OWNERS 🐾
We are seeking the collaboration of our community to launch research into a problem that has been appearing in Bernese Mountain Dogs for years.
It's a topic that's still rarely discussed, but the reports from various countries suggest it may be more common than expected.
Some breeders and owners from around the world have already chosen to participate by sharing their experiences and data from their dogs. ❤️
At the link, you'll find videos, images, and all the information you need to recognize the problem, along with instructions for participating to the data collection.
The goal is to collect a significant number of cases to lay the foundation for a scientific study and better understand its origin, frequency, and any predisposing factors.
The more data we collect, the greater our chances of finally identifying and addressing a problem about which we still know too little. ❤️🐾
