Cmp, manufacturing inspecting machines for the Pharmaceutical and Veterinary Industry

Since 1969 the company CMP has been manufacturing inspecting machines for the Pharmaceutical and Veterinary Industry and in 1982 it was the FIRST COMPANY IN THE WORLD to introduce in the market the fully automatic laser ray inspecting machine equipped with cameras for ampoules vision (EEC patent N. 84.200090.3).

In the last years, thanks to its constant research and development, CMP introduced new lighting devices with high-efficiency LED lights and inspection systems by digital cameras
The company has focused its core business in the 360° inspection of pharmaceutical and veterinary products in ampoules, cartridges, pre-filled syringes, bags and lyophilized products. In the course of time, specific controls for some types of product have been introduced (closure, shape, height, leak test, head-space)
A complete range of machines enables CMP to propose Customers high quality and practical products with No.2 type of movements : INTERMITTENT and CONTINUOS MOTION
All CMP units are equipped with CFR21 part. 11 compliant software and supplied with IQ-OQ-PQ validation documents according to GAMP regulations

N450-LT is the new high speed continuous motion machine that integrates the visual inspection and high voltage leak detection (HVLD) technologies.
The machine equipped with high resolution cameras and high efficiency LED lights represents the state-of-the-art visual inspection technology.
The recirculation feature that allows to double-inspect the containers rejected only by 1 or 2 cameras (to be set by Customer) reduces the false rejection rate in order to guarantee the best inspection results also with very critical products.
