"Do you remember your first time at Camping Zoo?"

That’s the question we asked some of our long-time guests during our 50th-anniversary dinner.

Listening to their memories felt like a beautiful journey back in time.

Some still remember Luciano sitting on his chair outside the office, chatting with everyone. Others have watched their own children make friends and enjoy the same carefree childhood they had years ago. And some even recall the days when animals roamed freely around the campsite and the pool was just a dream.

The campsite has changed and grown so much over the years, but the feeling remains the same for everyone: feeling right at home.

⛰️ Monte Stivo Trail - A medium-difficulty trail offering spectacular views of the valley, with panoramic stops perfect for fascinating photos among the colourful leaves.
🚸 The Rilke Promenade - An itinerary suitable even for the minor guests, a charmed walk at the foot of Arco Castle. Follow the footsteps of the great Austrian poet Rainer Maria Rilke, who drew inspiration from these very places.
🖼️ Punta Larici Loop - A 2-hour loop trail through the trees and rocks overlooking Lake Garda, which reflect new colours in autumn.
🍂 The Ricci Trail in Drena - An educational trail through the chestnut grove of the “maroneri”, dedicated to the local chestnut culture.

There's a moment, you know the one, when your phone stops existing.
It's when your feet touch the Sarca river. When someone laughs for no reason. When the evening comes in slowly, with the smell of grass and the sound of water.
For 50 years, this is where people come back to truly be together.

C'è un momento, lo conosci, in cui il telefono smette di esistere.
È quando i piedi entrano nel Sarca. Quando qualcuno ride senza motivo. Quando la sera si rallenta, tra il profumo del prato e il rumore dell'acqua.
