Dogs dream just like us, and science actually backs it up.

During REM sleep, a dog's brain replays real memories from the day. The walk, the park, the squirrel that got away. Those twitching paws and little whimpers are not random. That's memory in motion.

Puppies dream more than adult dogs too. Their brains are taking in an entirely new world every single day, and sleep is where a lot of that gets processed.
