What is one thing about your dog that surprises you the most?
I'm always inspired by how much our furry friends can pick up so soon in life!
I believe that we underestimate the power of young puppies to learn. They are able to learn many things in the early stages of their development, and it is really amazing to see. For example, they can learn:
1. The sound of an opening food pack leads to a meal.
2. They understand that the kitchen is the place where food comes from.
3. They can identify the person who feeds them, plays with them, and so on.

🐶❤️ Dogs may not be able to express themselves in words, but their emotional capacity is equivalent to that of a 2-3 year old child! It's important for us as humans to take the time to interpret their behavior and body language to make sure that they are feeling happy and loved 🐶

If your dog eats p**p, then there might be several reasons behind this behavior. This behaviour is called coprophagia.
A dog may develop the habit of eating his own p**p due to medical or behavioral reasons.
The most common reason is
1. Nutritional deficiency.
2. Unsupervised dog
3. Incorrect or incomplete toilet training training.

Beggars can be choosers!
What is your definition of table manners?
What is your take on feeding your dog while you eat?
Either you want your dog to beg or ask for food while you eat or you don't want them to do so. Don't confuse them by saying I do not want them to ask for food only when visitors are at the dining table. Please don't confuse them by letting them make the decision and then blaming them for being unruly, greedy, and ill-mannered. Be clear with your expectation and hence the communication right from the start.
Some tips if you want to help your dog understand the table rules better!
1.Never feed food from the table while eating
2.Make sure everyone in the family is on the same page with table rules.
3.Feed them first and setup up a solid routine
4. Feeding routine in a different room from where you dine always helps.
5. Teaching a strong Stay and Leave it cue builds the skill needed for this
6. Don't let them be unsupervised when food is around.
7. Don,t punish but train them as punishing may end up confusing them more and spoiling your relation.
Of course, there are more things one may do regarding this behavior but these may differ from one situation to another.
