We have started production 20 ton per month of 70x2 , 120x2... polyester high bulk yarn for sewing , hosiery , socks and label industry.

Over all Supply capacity : 150 ton / month
1. Technical textile cord : Denier Range 1000 to 10000 – Package maximum 3kgs to 4.5k gs. Knotless and upto 9kgs with knot on 280 mm tube length.
2. Carpet multi ply yarn ( For pile in Shaggy ) :
1: Denier Range 150x2x4 = 1200 to 150x2x20 = 6000 denier.
2: Denier Range 300x2x4 = 2400 to 300x2x20 = 12000 denier.
3: Denier Range 600x2x4 = 4800 to 600x2x20 = 24000 denier.
All product are available in Wide color range, in mélanges and in mix up with Lurex (Zari) or in fancy form with bulk yarn or flurry yarn.
3. Carpet multi ply micro yarn ( For pile in Rugs and Wall to wall carpet / prayer mat):
1: Denier Range 150 micro x4 = 600 to 150 micro x20 = 3000 denier.
2: Denier Range 300 micro x4 = 1200 to 300 micro x 20 = 6000 denier.
3: Denier Range 600 micro x4 = 2400 to 600 micro x20 = 12000 denier.
All product are available in Wide color range, in mélanges and in mix up with Lurex (Zari) or in fancy form with bulk yarn or flurry yarn.
4. Carpet High bulk yarn ( For pile in Rugs and Wall to wall carpet / prayer mat):

2: Bag stitch Thread : Denier Range 120x2 ~3 to 600x 2~ 3 ply. Maximum package weight available in 6.7” ~ 9” tube is knotless: 1200 gms ~ 2000 gms , with one knot upto 3500 gms.
3. Bag stitch Thread / Zip Thread : Denier Range 1000~ 10000 . Maximum package weight available in 11” tube is knotless: 3000 gms ~ 4500 gms , with one knot upto 9000 gms.
6. Embroidery Thread ( For Multi head / Schiffli (Laser)):
1 : Multi head Embroidery thread : Denier Range 120x2 ~3 to 600x 2~ 3 ply. Maximum package weight available in 6.7” ~ 9” tube is knotless: 1200 gms ~ 2000 gms , with one knot upto 3500 gms. Available in Grey or dop dyed form made up of Polyester, Reco silk,Nylon,Viscose thread.
2: Direct feed for Schiffli (Laser) : Denier Range 120x2 ~3 to 600x 2~ 3 ply. Maximum package weight available in 6.7” ~ 9” tube is knotless: 400 gms ~ 800 gms , Direct feed to laser creel.
Available in Grey or dop dyed form made up of Polyester, Reco silk,Nylon, Viscose thread
