No Vacation for Education!
Even during summer vacations, when schools are closed, our Education Officer continues visiting classes and academies to spread awareness about Rabies among students.

Through interactive sessions and educational activities, students are learning about kindness toward street animals, and how Rabies can be prevented with proper awareness and timely vaccination.

Small awareness today can save lives tomorrow. 🐾✨

Cheeky Cheeku up for Adoption!
This little puppy was abandoned inside a plastic sack, scared and fighting to survive. With care, treatment, food, and lots of love, she slowly recovered and learned to trust again.

Today, she is a 4month old healthy, dewormed and Vaccinated puppy- ready for a new beginning. 🐾
Cheeku is looking for a loving forever home .

Workshop on Humane Dog population management and Rabies control:
IVSA students visited Hope ITC for a 2 day workshop.On Day 1 the students were introduced to WVS and the vision of our work.They also saw a spay demo and got some hands-on dry practice in suturing.They also did some CPR practice.
Day 2 they were given lecture on Rabies prevention and Diagnosis,shown how to use the autoclave and prepare instrument packs .
It was an enriching experience for the IVSA students and we hope more students get this opportunity in the future.

Bruno, a six-year-old gentle free roaming dog from Lalpur, had spent years surviving on the streets. But when a tumor and eye injury left him in visible pain, a kind neighbor reached out to us. Our team rescued him just in time. Now under expert care, Bruno is receiving the treatment at WVS Hope, every rescue is more than just a medical case, it’s a promise that no animal will be left to suffer alone.

Rabies awareness conducted in the slum areas of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, where access to education, healthcare, and basic information is often limited. These communities are among the most vulnerable, facing challenges that put both people and animals at risk. Through our awareness programs, we aim to bridge this gap by providing crucial information on rabies prevention, responsible pet care, and the importance of vaccinations. Every session takes us a step closer to ensuring that no one is left uninformed and that every community, no matter how remote, has the knowledge to stay safe.

A successful start to the Surgical Skill Development Program at COVAS, MAFSU Veterinary College, Udgir. This marks the first of three batches, with eight veterinary students gaining hands-on experience to enhance their surgical skills. Empowering the next generation of vets through practical training is key to improving animal healthcare.
