🌿 Job Title: Strategy Manager – Circular Economy and Stakeholder Engagement

Job Overview:
As a Strategy Manager, you will lead the development and presentation of our innovative circular economy model to diverse stakeholders including Women SHGs, FPCs, CSR partners, and Gaushalas. Your role will involve strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and the creation of detailed DPRs tailored to client needs across different verticals, centered around our biogas-based Bio Input Resource Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement & Presentation: Develop compelling presentations and showcase strategies demonstrating the impact, benefits, and sustainability of our circular economy model to Women SHGs, FPCs, CSR partners, and Gaushalas, fostering collaboration and partnership.
• DPR Development: Prepare detailed Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) based on client requirements, covering technical, financial, operational, and environmental aspects for various verticals aligned with the biogas-based Bio Input Resource Centre.
• Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategies for scaling and adapting the circular economy model within different sectors, ensuring alignment with client and stakeholder objectives.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on client needs, sector-specific challenges, and opportunities, translating insights into strategic proposals and project plans.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, field staff, and partners to align project deliverables and ensure the readiness of DPRs and stakeholder presentations.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track stakeholder engagement outcomes and project progress, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Advocacy & Advocacy Material: Develop advocacy material, case studies, success stories, and visual content to enhance stakeholder understanding and buy-in.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in strategic planning, project development, and stakeholder engagement, preferably in circular economy, biogas, or renewable energy sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into comprehensive DPRs.
• Strong understanding of sustainable agriculture, biogas technology, and resource management.
• Experience working with women’s SHGs, FPCs, CSR, and rural community organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in document preparation, financial modeling, and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Agriculture science, environmental engineering, sustainable development, or related fields.
• Prior experience in developing and implementing circular economy initiatives.
• Experience in engagement with rural communities and micro-enterprise ecosystems.
