Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) which conducts the Combined Defence Services (CDS) examination has released recruitment notice for 463 seats. The open competitive examination is conducted for admission of male and female candidates in Indian Naval Academy, Indian Military Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers’ Training Academy.
The Online Application (Part I & II) can be filled up from November 9, 2016 to December 2, 2016.
The CDS I 2017 exam will be conducted by the Commission on February 5, 2017 for admission to various courses.
Candidates under CDS I 2017 recruitment will be selected on the basis of written examination and SSB Tests. Eligible candidates will be issued e-admit card three weeks prior the commencement of the examination.

UPSC NDA & NA (II) Exam 2016: Written result declared at upsc.gov.in
The result of National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) examination (II) which was conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has been declared. All those candidates who had appeared for the prestigious exam are required to check the same at the official website www.upsc.gov.in.

Next round

The result contains the roll numbers of all those candidates who have cleared the test and have now qualified for the next round i.e the interview, which will be organised by the Services Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence.

The exam was conducted on September 18 for admission into army, navy and air force wings of the National Defence Academy for the 138th course and for the 100th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from July 2, 2017.

Log on to the official website, www.upsc.gov.in
Under 'what's new', click on 'Written result NDA & NA (II) 2016'
A PDF file will open which will contain the roll numbers of the qualified candidates
Check your roll number
Download the document and take a printout for future reference
