K9 School India India's pioneering dog training academy by Adnaan Khan
(1)

K9 School of India is the brain-child of Delhi-based dog behaviourist Adnan Khan who has dreamt of educating Indian dog owners since the age of 10. Having recently received his international certification from Holland, Adnan's dream is to improve the standards for pet dog keeping in the country. Lack of information in pet keeping and care has resulted in a humongous number of abandonment all across the country. K9 school aims to offer many solutions to dog owners ranging from basic training to behaviour modification. The current vision is to make Indian intellect stronger and more sound so that pet parents are considered on par with the first world dog owners in terms of knowledge and education.

The Army and police have worked together in some of the most demanding operations in the country.

But one conversation with an NSG Director General changed the direction of an Army veteran’s journey.

He was encouraged to take his experience beyond the Army and share it with police K9 units.

What followed was the beginning of a new chapter in tactical K9 training.

Everyone thought the search was over. But the dog wasn’t convinced.

During an Army operation in a village, a K9 suddenly changed its behaviour while passing through a brinjal garden. The platoon searched but found nothing and decided to move on.

But the handler trusted his dog.

He requested one more chance and asked permission to uproot the kitchen garden. What they discovered underneath was a huge cache of arms and am******on.

The dog had detected what everyone else had missed.

Both the K9 and its handler were later awarded medals for their courage and service.

Sometimes, trust in your dog can save lives.

They looked like ordinary villagers. But the dogs knew something was wrong.

An Army veteran shares how terrorists in Kashmir would hide their weapons, dress like locals and blend into the crowd whenever soldiers approached.

But this time, the K9s changed the game.

First, an Explosive Detection Dog screened the crowd for traces of explosives and am******on. Once the suspect was identified, a Tracker Dog followed the scent trail to help pinpoint the person responsible.

This is what makes military K9s extraordinary—they can detect what human eyes simply cannot.

A new kind of vacation for cats.

After 10+ years of professional animal care through K9 School & K9 Healers, we're opening the doors to our newest pilot: Two exclusive Luxury Cat Villas.

Not cages. Not kennels. And not a shared boarding area.

- Private premium villas
- Fully AC & temperature controlled
- 24/7 monitoring
- Safe indoor + supervised outdoor playtime
- Double-door & secured-window escape protection
- Individual litter trays & toys in every villa
- No access or proximity to other animals
- Located at the extreme far end of our establishment, away from the canine facilities

The concept also carries a deeply personal feline legacy: our founder has over 20 years of hands-on experience with feline handling, rescue and care, from a family of lifelong cat parents.

We've started deliberately small - just two villas - so every feline guest receives the privacy, attention and environment they deserve.

Your vacation shouldn't have to be stressful for your cat.
Now they can have one of their own.
