Vision; To ensure a smiling face of every seniors at our home which makes them forget their bad times and to have a place of our own to accommodate hundred Senior citizens along with a Geriatric Centre giving Age care facilities. Operation: From a single room rented accommodation in May 2000 and today in a twenty five room rented accommodation taki
ng care of all elders irrespective of age/ caste/creed/sex/religion etc. Our committed team takes full responsibility of every one admitted here rich/poor men and women as age catches up with all. Every problem which the elders face is seen as a challenge by our service team and all-out effort is made to reach the ultimate goal to ensure that the elders who are with us are happy and live with dignity in a safe clean environment. Some normal problems;
• Loneliness due to loss of spouse
• Weak eye sight
•Disability in walking and other movement.
• No interest in living/Self-denial
• Loss of Memory/forgetfulness
• Paralysis
• Dementia,
• Alzheimer, Parkinson
• Blood Pressure, Diabetic and Heart problems
• Bed sores . Some of our Achievements:
The unhappy Grand Father who doubted and complained about everyone in his own home was made the Supervisor of the floor and he had no complaints as he saw himself as a captain and is very happy and feels this home is a better place than his previous home. A paralyzed Aunty who came here with a Cather and no interest to live is now up and walking with help of a walker due to the encouragement, care and forced physiotherapy. A mentally imbalanced upset aunty gets an audience to hear to her sad stories and now sings beautifully for the school children who visit her often.
