I am Rabiya Bustani, the founder of BRC. At "Be a Responsible Citizen," we believe that every animal deserves a loving and caring environment. We are an animal boarding and rescue center dedicated to providing a safe haven for animals in need, where they can be nurtured and loved while waiting for their forever homes.
Our mission is to promote responsible pet ownership and raise awareness about animal welfare. We strive to be a place where animals receive the highest quality care, compassion, and attention they deserve. Whether it's a lost pet in need of temporary shelter or an abandoned animal looking for a second chance at life, we are here to make a difference.
We are passionate animal lovers who work tirelessly to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of each resident. From providing nutritious meals and comfortable accommodations, we create an environment that promotes happiness and overall health.
But we don't stop there. "Be a Responsible Citizen" also actively engages in rescuing animals from dire situations, be it neglect, abuse, or abandonment. We provide veterinary care, rehabilitation, and training to help these animals heal, overcome their past traumas, and prepare them for adoption into loving families.
