Niharika Gandhi, Founder of NGCC, having taken multiple courses with "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan, is determined awaken the compassion towards dogs in Mumbai. Currently, she feeds just over 100 stray dogs twice a day in her locality. e her skills an expertise from the Cesar Millan program to train not just dogs, but also their owners, and create a strong sense of understanding between the pet and the owner. NGCC was created by Niharika to expand the activities mentioned above, in the least. NGCC's training program's ultimate purpose is to pave the way to a Training Center for dogs and owners, with a rehab clinic for problematic dogs and boarding and lodging for pets whose owners are traveling, a goal that NGCC strives towards every day. NGCC's long term goal is to establish a connection with an ABC Center to set up an animal safe-haven to engage in sterilization and trauma treatment, and to shelter destitute and homeless animals.
