Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the veterinary field is required.
Please note: This is a 100% field-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales operations in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the regional market.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position with Feed+ Pet Food (JRS VetCo Animal Health).
The role involves managing sales operations, growing channel relationships, and meeting performance targets in the assigned region.
Qualifications:
Strong skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Market Analysis
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Experience in the pet food or veterinary industry
Leadership capability to guide a team and drive results
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Fluency in the local language and good knowledge of the regional market
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Compensation & Sales Targets:
🔹 Business Manager
Salary: ₹29,004
D.A.: ₹8,996
T.A.: ₹10,000
Total: ₹48,000 per month
Sales Target: Self – ₹3,00,000 | Team – ₹6,00,000
🔹 Business Executive
Salary: ₹15,400
D.A.: ₹2,600
T.A.: ₹6,000
Total: ₹24,000 per month
Sales Target: Self – ₹2,00,000
