A tired dog isn’t always a happy dog but a mentally stimulated dog usually is. Most behavioural issues like excessive barking, chewing, digging, hyperactivity, and even anxiety often stem from a lack of mental enrichment, not just a lack of physical exercise. Training, sniffing, puzzle games, food enrichment, and learning new skills challenge your dog’s brain and help them become calmer, more confident, and better behaved.
Remember:
10 to 15 minutes of mental stimulation can be as tiring as a long walk.
A healthy mind creates a happier dog. ❤️
