Cat Café Studio (CCS) is open to cat lovers and enthusiasts in Mumbai! Lounge in the company of our cats, while you sip on freshly brewed coffee or devour a slice of cake that’s come straight out of the oven. Board games: check. Your Happy Place: check. Started in 2010 on a small scale and limited to animal-lover communities, Cat Café Studio opened its gates in 2015, to an overwhelming response an

d heartwarming purrs. Cat Café currently hosts between 30 to 40 cats at any given time. With Rs.250 per person/unlimited hours, as an entry charge for visiting our lovely feline. All the proceeds made from the cafe go towards caring for the senior and special needs cats in our care. All cats at Cat Café Studio are up for Adoption. CCS is a private organization run and funded by Zcyphher – An Independent Creative Agency. ✨NEW KITTY ALERT✨

Meet our fruity boy, Rasna (formerly Indra) 🍊

Rasna was rescued and brought to our NGO unit The Feline Foundation by Rupali, a kind animal carer and rescuer. She found him in a dire state with injuries from an automobile accident. He sustained a fracture to his jaw and damage to his left eye. The pawsome veterinary team performed a life-saving eye extirpation surgery and treated fracture with wiring. With love and care from the team and volunteers at TFF, he recovered quickly. When he received a clean bill of health, Rasna came to Cat Café Studio to find his furrever home 🏠

Like our childhood drink, Rasna is a sweet and tangy boy. He is shy and gentle, preferring to sit in a corner rather than running and playing with everyone else. He is a certified purr-machine. If cat purrs generated electricity, Rasna would light up the whole bungalow for days! Rasna prefers calm over chaos. He likes to nap next to hooman or curl up with another kitty over playtime 🪀

Hoomans are quite enamoured by Rasna. His softness and gentle meows bring calm to people. He has an aura of serenity that you experience just by sitting next to him. Rasna loves spending time with hoomans. While he’s still not choosing laps, he’s more than happy to sit next to you while you work on your laptop or enjoy a book. He is patient with children, allowing them to pet him gently 🥰

We love watching Rasna grow and open up, but he’d be so much happier in a home of his own. He’d love to have a kitty friend with him, especially if it's someone else from the cat area. He would be the purrfect fit in a home with first time adopters, whether that’s a single person or a couple. All he wants is for a hooman to open their heart and take a chance on him 🥹

In 2020, during the pandemic our doors were closed to visitors. We asked for volunteers to help the kitties get enrichment. That's when Kinjal came in. Here’s a happy update on Sourdough, Peach & Marshall 🥖🍑🐱

Kinjal firmly believes the kitties chose her. In 2022, she took Sourdough & Peach home, and returned in 2023 for our beloved boy, Marshall. Feline Manager Ayesha helped both times, and Kinjal was grateful 🥹

Sourdough & Peach got used to their new home quickly. They had each other to keep company while they adjusted to their new home. It took a bit when Marshall joined the clan. They hadn’t seen him in a year and were cautious. But with love and acceptance, Marshall became Sourdough & Peach’s big brother once again.  They know when they want to cuddle or play together. Sourdough & Peach have a closer bond, but they love Marshall 💕

At home, all 3 boys have their own favourite spots. After being surrounded by so many other cats for 6 years, Marshall was happy to have a space all to himself. Marshall loves the shoe rack, Peach loves the dining table and Sourdough prefers Kinjal’s lap! All 3 of them love sleeping on the sofa together 🥰

Kinjal loves Peach’s purrs, his athletic ability and his silly meows. She loves Sourdough’s clinginess, his mischievous antics and talking to him. She loves Marshall’s strength, his cuddles and his sweet old man purrs. When she takes Marshall for his walks, he loves to challenge the community stray cats 😂

Kinjal has loved watching the boys grow over the years. Marshall has become so expressive, Peach has come out of his shell and shows off his energy and Sourdough is still a baby. They have helped Kinjal get through some of the roughest times in her life. They kept her going through difficult situations and she considers them her lifeline 🥺

To all new cat parents Kinjal says, “Be serious about adopting before you take the leap. It is a commitment in every aspect. But cats bring so much joy and light into your life. Adopt a bonded pair if you’re away from home a lot. Give a chance to an older cat.” 💗

💞ADOPTION ALERT💞

Our pretty girl, Leela has found her furrever family 💫

Leela arrived earlier this year through our sister organization, The Feline Foundation . She was abandoned outside the clinic, frail and weak, with her left eye severely injured. The pawsome veterinary team performed a life-saving eye enucleation surgery.  With care and endless love from the team and volunteers at TFF, Leela recovered quickly and then arrived at Cat Café Studio to find her furrever family 💖

Leela charmed every hooman she met. With her pretty white coat and gentle behaviour, everyone was enamoured! She would claim a lap fast, holding on to it until the hooman’s legs fell asleep. She proved to be great company for hoomans who bring their laptop to work. And they always loved having her as a supurrviser. So we weren’t at all surprised when someone noticed her 🥹

Parag, a dedicated volunteer at The Feline Foundation and his wife, Karishma were happy cat parents to their senior kitty, Pepper. Wanting to grow their family, they reached out to Arti, Cat Catcher at TFF who put them in touch with our Adoption Manager, Neha. When they came by to meet the kitties and chat with Neha, they fell in love with Leela instantly. The went through the adoption process with flying colours and once the formalities were finalized, Leela headed home with her new pawrents 🌈

Leela, now Laila settled in immediately! She claimed her spots, toys and spaces. She is loved and pampered endlessly by her hoomans. Now that she doesn’t have to share a space with 30 other cats, she’s showing off her playful side that we never got to see 🪀

We are so glad that wonderful hoomans like Parag & Karishma took a chance on a disabled cat and gave her a happy furrever home 🥰

🚨URGENT FOSTER/ADOPTION APPEAL🚨

Along with the heavy rains 🌦️ it’s also been raining kittens here at Cat Café Studio & The Feline Foundation! We’ve had a big influx of kittens recently, and it’s getting quite full 🐈

These kittens are all friendly, dewormed, flea-free and ready to play. We need your help to ensure they have a safe space to grow in, till they reach the appropriate age and weight for vaccinations 💗

We’re looking for reliable fosters who can care for the kittens for 4-8 weeks in their home. No prior cat care experience required! Just reach out to us and we’ll guide you on what all you need to do 💫

It will also make a huge difference to these kittens as they will have space to run, play and explore 🐱
