A very useful tips for our shrimo lovers…….

We still use the pudding based food for our own shrimps - but until its provided into a bowl or feeding tray this food gets spread over the substrate which later on invites unwanted pests.

There are many advantages of these kind of food as compared to hard pellets is that - small babies and juvies can also come and eat. But again the negative side of removing the uneaten food is an issue which cant be ignored.

Why we choose and promote Teraa for our beloved fishes……

Few customers have asked why the Teraa packs are so hard - here is the reason .
Instead of silica gels we use oxygen absorbers - why oxygen absorbers ?

1. OXYGEN ABSORBERS lowers the concentration of free oxygen in the headspace of packed food products to 0.1%.

2. Creates anaerobic conditions which effectively inhibit the growth of aerobic microorganisms

3. Removes the need for chemical preservatives and antioxidants

4. Non toxic, food safe, allergen safe

5. USFDA, RoHS, HACCP and cGMP compliance

6. Keep the freshness, texture, taste, flavor and aroma intact

P.S - once you open the packet you will see the pellets etc are soft as usual. These oxygen absorbers have shown positive side as compared to silica gels. And mostly these are used now a days for human food packing like snacks, sweets, tea, dry fruits etc. These oxygen absorbers create a vacuum like environment and suck out the extra air from the packets.

For Guppy Lovers :)

New Pellet type for Teraa Guppy feed.

We already have a variety with 0.3-0.4mm micron, it will be continued.
We will launch this pellet size soon 0.6mm for folks who like to have little bigger size pellet for their guppies.

So 0.3.0.4 mm will mark it as Teraa Guppy Small (fishes below 2.5cm)

No change in pricing. We will soon launch 50gm packets as many hobbyists, dealers asked for the same. The 20gm packets will continue as usual.
