"World Animal Day" is an annual celebration observed on October 4th of each year. The commemoration of the day is to raise the status of animals and to improve their welfare standards from around the globe. It is an international day for the animal rights and welfare. "World Animal Day" remembers and pays tribute to all animals and the people who love, care and respect them.
Heinrich Zimmermann first celebrated World Animal Day in the year 1931. It's celebrated in different ways in every country, irrespective of nationality, religion, faith or political ideology.

FELINE INTUSSUCEPTION......
All feline species have very typical nutrition,where they need sulfur containing amino acids as main bodybuilding blocks..more or less the gastrointestinal track is very short which ultimately leads to frequent feeding habits...but the quantity of food to be given per day has to be calculated on body weight basis in pet cats....
If fed in huge, irrespective of body weight,it leads to "COLONIC IMPACTION' or " CECOCOLIC INTUSSUCEPTION"...
It's always better to have total precounselling before you go for "FELINE PET".....

A common anomaly where the hyperperistalsis is the basic cause....Lot many causes are discussed but vegan diet is found to be most responsible..Small breeds like Pugs,Daschunds, Poms are found to be more sussuptible than medium or large breeds....
It's better to keep such breeds on commercially available dry and balanced dog food.....
Treated usually with surgically, but it's most tricky and skilled surgery where you have to perform reverse intestinal anastomosis....prognosis is good if performed at an earliest..

"SHELL RUPTURE"...."IRONY OF FATE"
The good inside of all of us is wrapped in a layer of apathy, and we forget how much potential we have within us, in each and every one of us, to change the world for the better for Ourselves,Flora and Fauna around us,thus to bring about oneness.
Tortoises are scheduled species and should'nt be kept as pet.As they are cold blooded and have very typical physiology and nutrition,they thrive better in nature than in captivity...
As this ill fated fallen from 4th floor met with major shell break..
in such cases you must reach to facility within 30 min otherwise chances of survival are less...
