In this field role, you will be on the front lines—expanding our market presence, building lasting client relationships, and driving company growth.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Sales: Conduct regular field visits to promote products/services and generate qualified leads.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, distributors, and key partners.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and execute field marketing strategies within targeted territories.
Sales Pipeline Management: Pitch, negotiate, close sales deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Reporting & Insights: Collect valuable market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and regularly report field insights to management.
🎯 Requirements & Skills
Experience: Prior field sales or marketing experience preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally and undertake field visits daily (having a personal vehicle is a plus).
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
