Every grooming appointment is reserved exclusively for your pet, and our team prepares in advance for each booking.

We understand that plans can change. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave a reserved slot unused and prevent another pet parent from taking that appointment.

To keep our appointments fair for everyone, a cancellation/no-show charge may apply to appointments cancelled at the last moment or missed without prior notice.

We don’t take advance payments for bookings — this policy is simply about respecting the time reserved for your pet and our grooming team.

This is what can happen when a dog’s nails are left overgrown for too long.

This beautiful girl had not been professionally groomed for over a year. Her nails had grown so long that they were touching the ground while she walked.

Over time, excessively long nails can alter a dog’s natural paw placement and gait, putting abnormal pressure on the paws, joints and legs. In her case, this had contributed to inflamed paws and difficulty bearing weight, and you can see that her legs had begun to develop an abnormal bend.
