⛔ “No Last-Minute Check-Ins for New Dogs” 🐾
Your dog’s safety comes first.

Dear Pet Parents,
We want to inform you that we will NOT be accepting on-time / sudden check-ins for any new dogs.
Advance booking is compulsory.

Yesterday, a client called at 8:30 PM asking for 10 PM boarding due to a wedding. Please understand:

Weddings and events are planned — so boarding must be planned too.

We have earlier tried to “adjust” for someone, but we were given wrong information about the dog’s medical health, which caused big trouble and stress inside the hostel.
To protect our dogs, our team, and our reputation, we have stopped all such favors.

This policy ensures:
✔ A safe, calm space for all dogs
✔ Proper check-in assessment
✔ No stress for new dogs
✔ Smooth operations for our staff

Only our existing clients — may request late check-ins in the case of emergency.
