At Benzi Pet Stay, we don’t believe in quick fixes or flashy promises. We work with clear disclosures, defined protocols, and calm, consistent care—because boarding is about responsibility, not convenience. Pets are family here, and our systems are built to honour that, every single day.

15/01/2026

As we step into the new year, some internal systems and policies at Benzi have been thoughtfully updated to support consistent, long-term care standards.

Wishing everyone a season of balance, responsibility, and continuity.

Happy Pongal

Left home at 9:00 AM.
Back home by 6:00 PM.
Total distance:- 230kms.
Chennai:
✔ Dog pickups
✔ Dog drop-offs
✔ Safe dog transportation
✔ Scheduled appointments — on time
✔ Bought a Voltas deep freezer to store meat for the dogs
✔ Zero emotional breakdowns

Bangalore:
“Left at 9 AM. Currently near the same signal. Please advise.”

Conclusion:
Chennai traffic may be slow.
Bangalore traffic is… philosophical.

When systems work, days end on time.
Dogs fed. Work done. Home by evening🐕❄️.

Deepavali Morning at Benzi 🪔
…with a rainy wet mud under our feet, birds waking up, ducks calling, dogs without a worry.

While the world gets louder, we keep it calm here.
Some dogs get scared, some get anxious... some just need to feel safe.

Here, they are.

Wishing you a gentle Deepavali

from all of us at Benzi 🪔.
Pet Care with Love.

🪔 Deepavali at Benzi hits different 🪔

Wagging tails, dogs doing zoomies like it’s their festival too. They’re just… Being dogs the way they’re meant to be., paws on mud, bowls clinking, soft sniffs in the air, and that quiet happiness only dogs know.

A place where dogs feel safe enough to sleep, run, eat and without fear, that is celebration enough for us.

Deepavali is about the festival of lights — this is ours., wishing you a Deepavali filled with gentle light and honest joy.

Happy Deepavali from Benzi.

I envy the cat world because there is no 'God' dividing them.

Here's to hoping that the baseless gatekeeping comes to an end.

Sleep well 🧡

While we work throughout the year without a single weekend or holiday, an annual closure is the only way to ensure some sanity in our functioning! Lol! Here are our dates for the 2022 Benzi Break!

The Benzi Cattery, Hyderabad chapter, turned THREE in September! While we reflect on how far we have come and continue to grow, how about a quick virtual tour of what the facility looks like 🤫😬

A year into hosting the cattos in regular rooms and few sectioned smaller cubicles, we learned so much about what the feline friends prefer and how we can better cater to their needs. Days and nights of brainstorming and a lot of research later, our ideas began taking shape. We went back and forth on the prototype with the designer, a cat parent himself (also our first client in Hyderabad), pitched the idea to some clients for feedback, and put our soul into our brainchild - The Cat Condos 🛖

Increasing indoor spaces vertically came as first priority. We gave equal importance to providing comfortable moving, hiding and lounging spaces for the cats and for one human to step in to interact with the cat. We made sure to include carpeted ledges to allow scratching and glass doors to facilitate socialising.

Overtime, while we shifted to a bigger house, we made the rooms as cat friendly as possible with window perches and wall ledges, courtesy

This wouldn’t have been possible without all your constant support and appreciation for the work we do! Cheers to more learning and growing with the feline family 🐯🍻

Also, huge shoutout to .hari who keeps rooting for me and continues to stay equally involved in running the boarding.

And Boy! Are we proud and happy hosts today or what?! 🧡

We have four rooms for boarding. Would you help us give each room a name? Keep the comments flowing 🙂

Both our foster cattos are yet to find their hooman and home! Could we please step up to help?

Tyagi lived in an office premise until lockdown. She then needed a place to stay and made herself home so well that her caretakers decided she's better off as an indoor cat.

Tyagi comes with all the perks of adopting an adult cat. Her personality is sorted and is a purrfect mix of calm and playfulness.

Mimosa who trotted into a bulding demanding food, turned out to be a loud protestor and a cuddle bug, making it for a purrfect indoor cat.

His constant high and cheery energy would be just right if you and/or your cat would like a companion. Also, he plays fetch :)

Both Tyagi and Mimo have been with and for over a month. They have a lot to say about the cattos' personalities as well! 🧡

Happy teacher's day to Mike!

Mike taught us positivity, calmness, perseverance, goofiness, love, selflessness and a lot more about being the best of one's kind.

He will always be the Wise Old Man of our family 🧡

Cheers to our best teacher, Happy Mike's day it is!

It’s all fancy and nice to tag yourself crazy cat lady, anti-hooman and yada yada!

But what if the cat decides that he’s had enough of the hooman and locks her away for a bit?

Swipe for a not-so-fun nightmarish story that’s effing hilarious as I recall it now!
