🌍 *WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2026* 🌍

☀️ *THEY FEEL THE HEAT TOO!* ☀️

As temperatures rise, stray animals face severe challenges such as dehydration, heat stress, and injuries. A simple act of kindness—providing water, shade, or timely assistance—can make a life-saving difference.

On this World Environment Day, *AWC IIEST Shibpur* encourages everyone to care for the animals around us and contribute towards a healthier, more compassionate environment.

🐾 Provide clean drinking water
🐾 Help animals find shade and shelter
🐾 Assist injured or sick animals in getting medical care
🐾 Support local rescue and welfare initiatives
🐾 Spread awareness and inspire kindness

*Your small action today could save a life.*

❤️ *Care • Rescue • Treat • Protect* ❤️

*AWC, IIEST Shibpur*

The Animal Welfare Club, IIEST Shibpur, is organizing a Voluntary Donation Drive to support the feeding and medical care of our campus dogs. During vacations and breaks, many dogs struggle to find food and basic care, making your support extremely valuable. Every contribution — big or small — helps us ensure they remain safe, healthy, and well-nourished.

Your contribution helps provide:
1.Daily meals during vacations & exam breaks
2.Medical treatment and first-aid
3.Deworming & vaccinations
4.Medicines for injured or sick dogs
5.Improvements in shelter facilities

On this special occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, our Animal Welfare Club sends warm wishes of joy, prosperity, and wisdom to all of you! 🙏

Just as Lord Ganesha is revered as the remover of obstacles and a protector of all beings, let's also open our hearts to the animals around us. May this festival inspire us to show compassion and care for the voiceless creatures who share our world. 🌍🐾

Let's join hands in celebrating by spreading kindness and love to all living beings. Wishing you a beautiful and eco-friendly Ganesh Chaturthi! 🌿💚

Hey, IIEST Shibpur community! As we head into summer break, let's remember our campus companions – the dogs and cats who rely on us for care. With the hostels closing, they'll miss out on their regular meals. But you can make a difference. Join us in supporting our furry buddies by donating any amount you can spare. Your generosity will ensure they have food to keep their tails wagging during the holidays. Let's show our compassion and kindness to those who need it most!
