After your dog has learned the commands start doing circuits with your dog.i.e- instead of rewarding after each command, make him do multiple commands together and then treat him.⁣

Dog to Dog reactivity or is it ?? Now as you can see in the video that my dog reacted to the dog barking from the house we passed by, so is this ok?? In my opinion as long as I can control my dog and he responds to me , it is fine. See the leash jerk as he reacts and I correct him to pay attention to me.. and it worked each time.. so as long as you have control over your dog it is fine..

Remember the more control you have over your dog then more you can let him be..

SOCIALIZATION- Most of us believe that socializing the dog is about just letting him meet other dogs. However, correct socialization means that your puppy meets dogs with a good and even temperament i.e dogs who are balanced.
If as a dog owner you aren't sure please seek professional help as these early stages help shape your dog's behaviour

PROOFING- It's an advance stage in training where in you ask the dog to perform the commands in different situations with different levels of distraction, so that your dog listens to you not only in your house but outside as well.

Here we are proofing the behaviour in a new place without any distractions . We will build up on this and keep you posted.

Just a regular day at home, my husband training my dog, my mother in law training my kid( you can see a glimpse of it) and other people in house doing stuff.

Training should be easy and a part of everyday life. The dog stays at home for most part so the trading should be done in presence of family members.🤯😀😀🐾🐾👶👶

When your baby and doggy both ignore you for constantly trying to talk to them 😭😭.

But you tell yourself atleast you aren't worried about them not getting along. 😁😁😁

P.S- Training and commands are great but during this time try and build a great relationship .

Practising off leash recall with distractions of high level- for my labrador it is food- berries lying around. He knows the command but notice the third time when he doesn't respond as quickly , I show him the reward but don't give it to him.

Remember- Recall is one of the most important command. Practice it as much as you can for this command can save your dogs life in unexpected circumstances where your dog gets scared and breaks off his leash.

P.S-This is the area where we walk our dogs during the lockdown .Am still practicing the command, there is scope for improvement always.
