Appeal for Justice and Fair Investigation
June 05, 2024: I received the heartbreaking news of the demise of my beloved pet dog, Sugar, from Master Vikash Yadav, a servant/volunteer of Ms. Kaveri Rana. Sugar had been residing with my ex-live-in partner, Ms. Kaveri Rana, at B35, Omicron 2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Overwhelmed with grief, I expressed my inability to travel from Kafol Gaon, Uttarakhand, where I have been living with my two other dogs, Lucky and Meethi, for the past two and a half years, due to financial constraints.
Travel to Greater Noida: Ms. Rana transferred Rs. 10,000 to me for fuel expenses, urging me to travel to Greater Noida to participate in Sugar’s last rites and bring Lucky and Meethi along. I refueled my vehicle (UP16CJ9013), which I have been using for animal rescue work in Uttarakhand, and made the journey. Upon arrival, I found the household in mourning. Sugar’s cremation was scheduled for June 06, 2024, at the pet crematorium in Chattarpur, New Delhi, followed by the Asthi Sweekaranam ceremony on June 07, 2024, and the Asthi Visarjan in Haridwar.
Extended Stay and Disputes: While I intended to accompany Ms. Rana to Haridwar, she requested that I stay back at her residence to care for Lucky and Meethi, as they were not comfortable with her staff. Upon her return, Ms. Rana expressed her desire to perform a Tervinh (mourning ritual) for Sugar, further extending my stay.
Financial and Property Dispute: During this time, Ms. Rana presented medical expenses she claimed to have incurred for my heart treatment and demanded repayment. She insisted that I transfer my property in Uttarakhand to her organization, Sophie Memorial Trust, as compensation. I explained that, as a trustee of a nonprofit, my assets would naturally go to the trust upon my passing. This explanation was met with verbal abuse and threats. Ms. Rana warned that she would harm me and my family if I did not comply with her demands.
Departure and Threats: Faced with continuous harassment, I left her residence early the next morning. With the help of Mr. Dinesh Chauhan, two individuals accompanied me back to Uttarakhand to ensure my safety. Shortly after my return, I began receiving threatening calls from Ms. Rana and her servant, Ramesh Kumar, falsely accusing me of vehicle theft. In response, I blocked them on my phone and WhatsApp.
Police Reports and Cyber Crime Incident: I reported the threats to my local police outpost (Jajjal Chokie) and was advised to file a formal complaint against Ms. Rana and Mr. Kumar at the Narendranagar Police Station. The following day, my mobile phones were hacked and reset to factory settings, erasing all contacts and chat data. With the assistance of a neighbor, Mr. Suresh Uniyal, I reported this to the Cyber Crime Office in Rishikesh. Cyber officials confirmed that the hacking was executed through Google’s “Find My Phone” service, likely by Ms. Rana, as we had shared Google accounts.
Background of My Relationship with Ms. Rana:
2014: Ms. Rana and I entered a live-in relationship in Gurgaon.
2015: We moved to Greater Noida with plans to marry but separated due to disagreements. She formally ended the relationship via a self-declaration on July 07, 2015.
Reconciliation and Business: After counseling from friends, we reunited for work, launching an online business selling live leads through Google Ads. We achieved financial success and moved residences within Omicron 2.
2016-2017: I purchased a 250 sq.m. plot in Uttarakhand, and we founded a nonprofit trust in memory of our late pet, Sophie, dedicating our lives to animal welfare.
Animal Sanctuaries: I established three sanctuaries:
Ghodi Bacheda (2017)
Dankaur (4 bighas, facilitated by Mr. Raghuraj Nagar)
Makora Village (2.5 bighas, facilitated by Mr. Pawan)
Discovery of Multiple PAN Cards: During our time together, I discovered a small pouch containing five PAN cards, all bearing Ms. Rana’s photograph but under different names. When I confronted her, she reacted with aggression, verbally abusing and cursing me. This marked the beginning of repeated altercations, prompting me to distance myself and relocate to my property in Uttarakhand.
Health Issues: In July 2022, I began experiencing heart problems, initially misdiagnosed as gastric issues. On November 05, 2022, I suffered a severe heart attack while traveling alone from Uttarakhand to Greater Noida. The following morning, with the help of Mr. Dinesh Chauhan and Ramesh Kumar, I was admitted to Sharda Hospital, where I was diagnosed with a 99% arterial blockage and underwent stent placement.
Appeal for Justice:
Given the above facts, I respectfully request a thorough and impartial investigation into the false allegations and threats made against me. I am prepared to fully cooperate with the authorities and provide all necessary supporting documents. My only desire is to ensure that the truth comes to light and that justice is served.
