Terms and Conditions
- [ ] You confirm that you are the legal owner of the pet
- [ ] Half of the booking amount must be paid during the admission
- [ ] Please provide full, honest and minute details about your pet viz. timings, food habits, anything else
- [ ] Your pet must be fully vaccinated by registered veternarian and should not have ticks and fleas
- [ ] If ticks and fleas are found, pet w
ill be given tick bath after vet consultation which will include additional charges accordingly
- [ ] If you fail to disclose any detailed or important information which in our view is unsuitable for boarding or the pet; the owner will be fully responsible for the consequences
- [ ] You confirm that your pet is non aggressive and should it show aggressive tendencies, you accept that the stay will be cancelled effective immediately without any refund
- [ ] Any damage caused by your pet at Guardiian will be paid by the owner during their return
- [ ] GUARDIIAN will care for your pet as you would but cannot be held liable for loss, sickness of any kind, injury or death of your pet either inside or outside of GUARDIIAN; The owner will be fully responsible
- [ ] You confirm that your pet has not been ill with any contagious diseases or condition within the past 30 days and the pet has received all necessary vaccinations
- [ ] If your pet becomes unwell or has an accident during the stay, we will take him to your provided Veternary doctor and will make necessary decisions on behalf of the owner
- [ ] You agree to be responsible for payment of vet fees incurred upon your return
- [ ] Pickup and drop facility includes additional charges accordingly
- [ ] During pickup or drop GUARDIIAN shall not in any way be liable for any loss to the pet owner for any injury or death of the pet if their is any accident during transportation
- [ ] By signing this contract, the owner is hereby acknowledging and accepting to the above terms and conditions for the duration of said pet stay as well as any future reservations at GUARDIIAN
- [ ] If the terms and conditions are sent via any messenger, the message delivered/read will be considered as you have accepted the terms and conditions
