I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by .interiors
We had booked two projects (Project IDs: AR0226203 and AR0226257) with high expectations. However, our experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing and full of harrasment.
Despite paying more than 60% of the total amount, we are facing:
• Continuous project delays with no clear timelines without any discussions
• Multiple design errors even after multiple clarification
• Lack of accountability from the assigned team.
• Poor communication and no proper updates
• Highly unprofessional behavior from the team
This entire experience has caused us significant mental harassment and inconvenience, especially when this project is crucial for our home and planned move-in date.
Repeated follow-ups have not resulted in any concrete resolution. Instead, we are left chasing updates with no ownership from the company.
In project - we have one full kitchen, one tall crockery unit and one mirror.
The other project has one kitchen, crockery unit , wardrobe and one bay sitting.
The initial project completion date was 15th April then without taking our concerns they moved it to 30th April (for one project) and 2nd week of May(for other project). Now we have received an email from them mentioning the move in date in end of May.
We requested clarification from the company AGM. She just said sorry for this harrasment but unable to provide any completion date.
This poor service is just unacceptable .
