THE OTHER SIDE OF RESCUE

When you hear the word rescue, you probably imagine the moment they were found.
The injury.
The fear.
The uncertainty.

But rescue doesn't end there.
Sometimes it becomes 13 years of naps.
Sometimes it becomes a 9-year-old who has quietly made a corner of the farm his own.
Sometimes it becomes a 4-month-old discovering that the world can actually be kind.

And sometimes… it becomes seven cats running the place.

Meet the current residents of the Maws & Paws cat department:

Seven completely different personalities.
Seven little histories.
One home.

And then, just yesterday, cat number eight arrived.
She's still in quarantine, so we're keeping her story—and her face—for a little while longer.

Because she's not just another number.
She's the newest chapter.

Welcome to the cats of Maws & Paws.
Where rescue doesn't mean where they came from.
It means where they finally belong. 🐈‍⬛❤️

Found this little munchkin sitting all alone in a dark alley last night.

I had stopped to leave some food behind... but I just couldn't leave her behind.I knew she probably wouldn't survive another 24 hours on her own.

So... she's home now.
Safe. Fed. Loved.
Our newest little rescue.

There's just one problem...

She still doesn't have a name!

🌧️ MONSOON PET CARE TIPS 🐾

The rainy season brings relief from the heat, but it also increases the risk of infections, parasites, and waterborne diseases for our furry companions.

A few simple precautions can go a long way:
🐶 Keep your pets dry after walks.
🐱 Clean their paws and ears regularly.
💧 Always provide clean drinking water.
🦟 Protect them from ticks, fleas, and mosquitoes.
🛏️ Make sure they have a warm, dry place to rest.

Please don't forget our community dogs and cats. During heavy rains, they struggle to find shelter, food, and clean water. A small act of kindness—offering a dry corner, a bowl of fresh water, or a meal—can save a life.
