कुत्तों को इंसान का सबसे वफादार साथी माना जाता है, और दिल्ली की एक घटना ने इस कहावत को सच कर दिखाया। एक जर्मन शेफर्ड को उसके मालिक ने भीड़भाड़ वाली मार्केट में एक स्कूटर पर बैठाकर छोड़ दिया, लेकिन उसने अपनी जगह नहीं छोड़ी। लगातार आठ घंटे तक, वह वहीं बैठा रहा, आंखों में आंसू और दिल में उम्मीद लिए, कि उसका मालिक वापस आएगा।

भारी भीड़, पर टस से मस नहीं हुआ कुत्ता
दिल्ली की व्यस्ततम बाजारों में से एक में यह भावनात्मक दृश्य लोगों का ध्यान आकर्षित करने लगा। दिनभर खरीदारों और दुकानदारों की भीड़ लगी रही, लेकिन वह जगह से हिला तक नहीं। राहगीरों ने उसे पानी और खाना देने की कोशिश की, मगर उसने कुछ भी नहीं खाया, बस अपनी नजरें उसी दिशा में गड़ाए रखीं, जहां से उसका मालिक गया था।

वफादारी की मिसाल
यह घटना साबित करती है कि कुत्ते केवल पालतू जानवर नहीं होते, बल्कि वे सच्चे साथी और परिवार का हिस्सा होते हैं। उनकी वफादारी, प्यार और निस्वार्थ समर्पण उन्हें अद्वितीय बनाता है। जर्मन शेफर्ड की इस घटना ने लोगों को भावुक और हैरान कर दिया, क्योंकि उसने बिना किसी लालच या स्वार्थ के अपने मालिक का इंतजार किया।

क्या हमें भी ऐसी वफादारी दिखानी चाहिए?
यह घटना हमें यह भी सिखाती है कि जिस तरह कुत्ते अपने मालिकों के प्रति इतने वफादार होते हैं, क्या हम भी अपने रिश्तों में ऐसा समर्पण दिखा पाते हैं? शायद नहीं। हमें भी निष्ठा, प्यार और धैर्य की सीख लेनी चाहिए, ताकि हम अपने जीवन में रिश्तों को और मजबूत बना सकें।

निष्कर्ष
यह कहानी सिर्फ एक कुत्ते की वफादारी की नहीं, बल्कि सच्चे प्रेम और धैर्य की मिसाल है। यह हमें सिखाती है कि अगर हम भी अपने रिश्तों में इतनी ही वफादारी और समर्पण रखें, तो जीवन ज्यादा खूबसूरत हो सकता है।

The ritual of immersing (visarjan) the idols after few days of worship reinforces the understanding that God is not in the idol, He is inside us. So experiencing the Omnipresent in the form and deriving joy out of the form is the essence of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival. In a way, such organised festivity and worships lead to an upsurge in enthusiasm and devotion.

Ganesha is the lord of all the good qualities in us. So when we worship Him, all the good qualities blossom in us. He is also the Lord of knowledge and wisdom. Knowledge dawns only when we become aware of the Self. When there is inertia, there is no knowledge, no wisdom, nor is there any liveliness (Chaitanya) or progress in life. So the consciousness has to be awakened and the presiding deity of consciousness is Ganesha.

That’s why before every puja, the Lord Ganesha is worshipped to awaken the consciousness. Therefore, people install the idol, worship it with infinite love, meditate and experience Lord Ganesha from within.
