The liver disease refers to any abnormality that interferes with the normal functioning of the liver.
The liver is a vital organs that has numerous functions which includes metabolising, detoxifying and storage. It is unique in the sense that it has the capacity to regenerate. As little as 51% of the original liver mass can regenerate back to its full size.
The signs of liver disease in dogs include lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, excessive thirst, ulceration, fever, and seizures. (Swipe Right!)
