For visiting times/more info, please see sections below. Funded entirely by donations from visitors and local residents, the ARC rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes dogs, cats and other animals we find on the streets. Over the years the ARC has vaccinated and sterilise

Several of the essentials we rely on every day are now exhausted, while others are down to their last few days' supply and need to be reordered to the centre.

The monsoon months are always the most challenging for animal shelters. With increased rescues and fewer visitors, keeping our shelves stocked becomes harder than ever.

Our wonderful Greg lost his life this weekend!

But his legacy lives on in the very foundations of ARC. And before he passed we were able to record this video of his experience with us.

He will forever be in our hearts 💕

For anyone that met or knew Gregory Evans you'll know he was a kind big hearted man that would do anything for anyone and his support and work at arc over the years is testament to that.
Its with so much sadness we have to announce his passing after a short battle with a brain tumour. Arc managed to get his beloved dogs down to the hospice to see him before he died which truly made him happy...

Each morning Leo takes multiple dogs out for their morning trot and as you can see they all love him as we all do at ARC!

There really is nothing better than taking a dog back home to his beach after a little help from . ❤️

Big Red was spotted by some lovely ladies visiting from the UK, who knew that if he was neutered he would have a much better chance of a safer, healthier life, with less risk of getting into fights.

Thanks to their kind donation, ARC was able to act quickly. After a few days of recovery, Big Red was returned to his familiar spot on the beach, where he belongs. This video tells the story better than words ever could.

A huge thank you to the wonderful ladies who made this possible. Your kindness has made a real difference to Big Red’s life. 🐾
