The Kennel Club of Bhopal, under the auspices of the Kennel Club of India, is proud to present a truly historic event for the Indian canine fraternity.

For the first time in India, an Official German Shepherd Speciality Show will be conducted under the banner of the Kennel Club of India.

This prestigious event represents a significant milestone in the promotion and preservation of the German Shepherd Dog and marks the beginning of a new chapter in breed-specific competition in India.

The Kennel Club of Bhopal is honoured to welcome Ms Sue Bruno (Australia) to officiate this historic Speciality Show.

This prestigious event will be officiated by internationally respected FCI Judges from Australia, South Korea and China, promising a world-class judging experience.

What a night at Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show
Congratulations to Team Penny
The last Dobermann to win Westminster was in 1989 Indy, handled by Andy Linton.
Same handler. 37 years later. History repeated.
Watching Penny in that ring was pure excellence. That’s the Dobermann we all know and love.
Congratulations to all the top dogs, their handlers, and owners who competed. Every one of them represented their breeds beautifully.
Incredible moment for the breed and the sport.

GENERAL MEETING — Kennel Club of Bhopal
Date 03/02/2026 Tuesday time 06:30 pm

Today’s General Meeting was successfully held at the Kennel Club of Bhopal office. All expenses, pending dues, and outstanding bills were thoroughly reviewed, and the complete financial statement was presented before the Committee and duly approved.

The expenditure details of the last Dog Show were presented and explained by the President. Any remaining gap amount after final settlement was personally borne by the President. This was acknowledged and accepted with the full consent of all members present.

All payments have been settled and accounts cleared in a transparent and committee-approved manner. No objections were raised by any member. It is hereby confirmed that the Club has no outstanding liabilities or receivables with any individual or party.

With unanimous consent, the Club is fully prepared to proceed with the next Dog Show.
