Everyone has seen the adorable playgroup photos at doggy daycare, but there's a whole other side most dog parents never get to see π
Every dog daycare has its own philosophy around which the day is structured.
Here's what we believe β«οΈ
Daycare is not a replacement for specialised training or behaviour! Being upfront about socialization, separation distress or specific triggers allows us to plan your dog's day better!
It's the honest truth!
Not enjoying daycare doesn't make your dog a bad dog.
It just means they don't enjoy that particular lifestyle and that's OK! We always endeavour to do what's right for the dog, even if it means turning away a potential customer.
Your Shih Tzu should not be playing with a 30 Kg dog, no matter how friendly they are
If a dog gets activity but no sleep through the day, it's a recipe for overstimulation, and yes, shark teeth. A tired dog is not always a happy dog.
It's time to retire that myth.
Ever wondered about stress signals, how we make naptime happen or what are the dynamics of a daycare?
What's one thing you always wanted to ask about dog daycare?
