If you are feeling suicidal anytime understand that you dont have to act on your thoughts right now, just focus on getting throught the day. Surround yourself with friends and family who make you feel comfortable and do not consume alcohol or drugs. Try things that relax and ground you by taking a walk,pet or spend time with your dog/cat, deep breathing,listening to your favorite music or eating your favorite food.
