For those dog parents who missed the post.

Hello dog parents,

We have been receiving lots of messages and enquiries for boarding your lil ones and we have not been responding. We felt that it is time to give you all an explanation and so here goes: we are not operational anymore due to some personal changes.

We are 2 sisters who had started Silver Spoon with a lot of love and we recieved so much love from the hundreds of pooches we hosted and from their parents and friends that it is forever going to be a huge part of our hearts. Sadly we both had to move on as life had other plans; One of us has moved to Australia and the other to Delhi.
We could have continued, hired people to manage the place for us, but that would beat the very USP of Silver Spoon; which was that we ourseves take care of your babies. And so we are now closed but we miss Silver Spoon dearly everyday & hope that some day we can be back to give & receive all the love that each one of the pooches deserve.

We are keeping this FB page as a space to be able to share messages as a community that loves pets and doggies and where like minded people can come together and help each other if needed.

Till then, keep the tails wagging. Woof!!! 🐾🐾

This broke our heart..
There can be no explanation for this form of cruelty.. why would any human being want to torture an animal this way..
It's so WRONG.
WHY? HOW?
Words fail us when we see this..
God bless people who step up and rescue animals that have been subject to such abuse..
We have said it before and we say it again..
DONT GET A PET IF YOU CANNOT LOVE OR CARE FOR IT.

Having personally gotten numerous calls from pet owners who were bored with their ageing dogs who werent very active or entertaining anymore to people who were moving & didnt want the headache of moving the dog to another city to people who didnt even notice their dog had broken its leg for 2 whole days, WAKE UP.
A dog is not a toy for you entertainment or amusement.
DON'T GET PETS IF YOU CANNOT CARE FOR THEM OR LOVE THEM.
