Sharing here one of the best traditional recipes received from our customer

Mango ginger thokku recipe.

Wash, peel and grate the mango ginger and use sesame oil for the best result.

Mustard seeds let it cook for few minutes with asafetida, chilli powder, turmeric powder. Once it softens add dry roasted ground methi. Mix this well with added salt.

Add lemon juice and cook until oil surfaces . Add to any glass bottle or ceramic container good results.
