These two rescue pups are siblings. One is a male, the other is a female.

If you notice, there’s a significant difference in their size. That’s because the male pup was adopted into a home where he spent most of his time confined to a cage and was fed only one meal a day. The female pup, on the other hand, received better care and nutrition.

We often hear discussions about feeding once a day, but that approach is absolutely not suitable for growing puppies. During their most important developmental months, proper nutrition and meal frequency play a critical role in their growth, immunity, and overall well-being. Applying adult-dog feeding practices to puppies can do far more harm than good.

Watch the full video to understand why.

Both these beautiful pups are looking for loving homes.

When I talk about holistic wellness, I am not just talking about food.

A dog’s wellness includes nutrition, movement, sleep, emotional health, mental enrichment, and understanding their behaviour.

Our dogs are communicating with us all the time. Through their eyes, ears, tail, posture, and the way they carry themselves. The problem is that many of us never learn to read those signals.

This video covers some common body language cues that every dog parent should know.

Watch the video and tell me your interpretation. What do you think these dogs are trying to communicate?

Is your dog constantly scratching, licking their paws, or dealing with recurring skin issues?

It could be a seasonal allergy… or it could be a food allergy.

While both can look very similar, the cause and treatment can be completely different. Seasonal allergies are often triggered by environmental factors like pollen, grass, dust, or mold, whereas food allergies are linked to specific ingredients in your dog’s diet.

Understanding the difference is the first step toward helping your dog feel comfortable again.

Watch the video to learn how to identify the signs and when it’s time to speak to your veterinarian. 🐾

One of the biggest mistakes I see pet parents making is constantly waking up their puppies because they’re just too cute to leave alone.

Trust me, I get it. They’re adorable.

But here’s the thing. Puppies grow while they sleep. Sleep is when their bodies recover, develop, and build a strong immune system.

The same goes for older dogs too. Quality sleep is essential for their overall health and well-being.

A lot of people later wonder why their puppy seems tired, stressed, or has a weaker immune system, but sometimes the problem is that they were never allowed to rest properly in the first place.

So if your puppy is sleeping, let them sleep.

And if you’ve been making this mistake, don’t worry. We’re not judging. Most pet parents don’t know this.

Share this with someone who has a puppy at home. They need to hear it. ❤️

When it’s evening chai time, a lot of paw parents end up reaching for a biscuit to give their dog as well.

But if you’re looking for a better snack option, choose treats that are actually made for dogs.

One option I often recommend is Treatos. They’re made with high-quality human-grade ingredients, with no BS and no unnecessary fillers.

They work well as an evening snack, a training reward, or simply as a treat between meals.

The goal isn’t just to give your dog something tasty, but to choose something that’s made with quality ingredients and formulated specifically for them.

And considering we’ve sold thousands of packs already, it’s safe to say they’re loved by dogs too. ❤️🐶

Prebiotics vs Probiotics: What are they, and why do they matter for your dog’s gut health? 🐶✨

One helps nourish the good bacteria, while the other adds beneficial bacteria to the gut. But how do you know which one your dog needs, and what should you look for before choosing one?

We’ve covered most of the important information in the video, so make sure to watch till the end. 💚

Save this post for later and share it with a fellow pet parent.

When we think of a senior dog, we usually imagine a dog who’s slow, walks with their head down, sleeps all day, has droopy eyes, low energy, and has simply “become old.”

But then there’s Burfi. ❤️

Burfi is 9 years old. Yes, NINE.

And yet, anyone who meets him thinks he’s 4 or 5 at most. His energy? More like a 3-year-old puppy. He still jumps around, gets excited, explores everything, and lives life with the same enthusiasm that most people expect from much younger dogs.

And that’s because healthy aging doesn’t start at 9 years old. It starts when they’re puppies.

It’s not just about what you feed them. It’s about the entire lifestyle you build for them: good nutrition, quality sleep, a low-stress environment, regular movement, less exposure to unnecessary chemicals, mental enrichment, and overall holistic care.

Aging is inevitable. How they age is something we can influence.

Barfi is proof that getting older doesn’t have to mean slowing down. 🐾✨

Somehow, we’ve started associating overweight dogs with happy dogs.

A dog with a hanging belly is often called “cute,” while a dog at a healthy weight is called “too thin.” But dogs were never meant to carry excess weight. Their bodies are designed to move, run, jump, play, and explore. A healthy dog should have a visible waist and a tucked abdomen.

This isn’t about aesthetics. It’s about quality of life.

Every extra kilo adds pressure on their joints, strains their organs, reduces their stamina, and increases the risk of disease. The weight they carry today often becomes the discomfort they live with tomorrow.

Loving our dogs isn’t just about feeding them more. Sometimes, it’s about feeding them right, exercising them enough, and keeping them at a weight that allows them to live comfortably for as long as possible.

Because the goal isn’t a cute dog.
It’s a healthy dog.

When I talk about health, I’m not talking about just food, supplements, or one single thing. Health is holistic. Every aspect of your dog’s life matters because the body doesn’t function independently of its environment.

In fact, your home and the way your dog moves through it play a huge role in their long-term health.

Think about this: what if every time you wanted to sit on your sofa or get onto your bed, you had to jump? Sounds ridiculous, right? Yet many of our dogs do exactly that every single day.

Now think about walking on slippery floors all the time, constantly adjusting your balance and putting stress on your joints. Would you choose to live like that?

It sounds crazy when we put ourselves in their shoes, but these are things many dogs deal with every day without us even realizing it.

Health isn’t just what goes into the body. It’s also the environment the body has to live in.
