Call for abstracts
THE ASIAN SOCIETY OF TRADITIONAL VETERINARY MEDICINE (ASTVM)/ASIAN SOCIETY OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE VETERINARY MEDICINE (ASTCVM) is pleased to announce its 7th Academic Conference on Traditional Veterinary Medicine held at Wingate Academy College, Netanya, Israel, on 13 – 15 August 2018.
We invite Traditional Veterinary Medicine/TCVM clinicians and other individuals to submit abstracts for Presentations, Research Papers and Poster Presentations for the 2018 Academic Conference.
Abstracts selected will be presented by the Author and published in the ASTVM/ASTCVM 2018 Academic Conference Proceedings.
There is not a general TCVM/Traditional Veterinary Medicine theme, all TCVM/Traditional Veterinary Medicine topics are welcome (acupuncture, herbal medicine, Tui-na, food therapy etc.), and will be considered.
Abstracts must be submitted in English, double-spaced and should not exceed a single page of 8.5” x 11” paper with 2.5 cm margins. Abstracts need to be submitted by email. When emailing your abstract please format the abstract in a Microsoft Word document and send it as an attached document identified as “Abstract ASTVM/ASTCVM 2018 Academic Conference” in the email subject line.

A Curriculum vita for each author must accompany the abstract.
Abstracts submitted without this information will not be considered.
The deadline for abstracts submission is March 31ST, 2018.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by April 15TH, 2018 to those whose abstracts are selected by the Program Committee for Presentations, Research Papers and Poster Presentations at the Conference. If selected, all presentations must be in English.
The deadline for submission of the full article for the Conference Proceedings will be June 1ST, 2018.
PRESENTER COMPENSATION
Presenter – The selected Presenter will receive a roundtrip economy airfare, hotel for 3 nights, a complimentary registration to the entire Congress and honoraria of US$600.00. The average offered time for a presentation is about 60 minutes.
Research Paper Presenter – Speakers chosen to present will receive 50% off a full Congress Registration. The average offered time for a research presentation is about 20 minutes.
Poster Presenters - Posters that are selected will receive a discount of US$50.00 off of Congress registration for each Poster they present.

A certificate will be awarded to the conference attendees and speakers of the different categories.
Registration fee is US$200.00 to ASTVM/ASTCVM members
US$300.00 to ASTVM/ASTCVM non-members
