FREE DENTAL CHECKS!!

Here at Arena Veterinary Hospital we are offering free dental checks for your pets with one of our experienced veterinary nurses!

Did you know that Dental disease is one of the most common health problems in pets!

Both cats and dogs can develop dental disease - and it often goes unnoticed. Routine checks catch problems before your pet suffers silently.

🎆🐾 FIREWORKS SAFETY: KEEP YOUR PETS SAFE TONIGHT!🐾🎆

Fireworks might be fun for us, but they can be scary for our four-legged family members. ❤️

Here are our top tips to help your pets feel safer tonight:

🏡 Keep them indoors and close windows and curtains
🛏️ Make a cosy, quiet hiding place
🐕 Walk dogs early and keep them securely on a lead
🎶 Play gentle music or have the TV on
💚 Stay calm and offer comfort
🏷️ Check collars and make sure microchip details are up to date

🐱 Cat owners: Make sure your cats are safely inside before the fireworks start.

🐰 Don’t forget small pets, either! Provide extra bedding and shelter, and bring outdoor hutches into a secure, quiet place where possible.

If your pet becomes very distressed, please contact your veterinary practice for advice. Never give human medication to your pets.

Let’s make tonight as stress-free as possible for our furry friends! 🐾💕
