Beautiful, gentle, elegant, and absolutely full of character. Every horse has their own personality, their own way of communicating, and their own special magic.

Lady Corona is one of those very special souls who reminds me every day why horses are such an important part of my life and my work.

🦋✨ WHEN A BUTTERFLY FINDS ITS WAY TO YOU ✨🦋

Today, something so simple… yet so beautiful happened. 🥹🦋

A little butterfly 🦋 found its way into our home 🏠 and, out of everywhere it could have landed, it landed exactly where it needed to be…

On my kitchen window. 🪟💫

Right beside a message that I absolutely love:

“Dear God,
I want to take a minute not to ask for anything from You,
but simply THANK YOU for everything I have.” 🙏🏻💕

And in that moment, I just stood there… smiled… and felt an overwhelming sense of peace, gratitude and love. 🥹🍀

Sometimes we don’t need a big miracle.

Sometimes we simply need a little reminder that we are not walking through this life alone. 🦋

The butterfly felt like a gentle whisper from the Universe…

“You are protected.
You are guided.
You are loved.
Keep going.” 💫🕊️

And today, I don’t want to ask for anything.

I simply want to say:

THANK YOU. 🙏🏻

Thank You, God, for my beautiful family. ❤️
Thank You for my girls, Tia and Viva, my greatest blessings, my strength and one of the deepest reasons I keep moving forward. 👩‍👧‍👧💕

Thank You for the strength, guidance, love and protection You continue to give me, especially through the battles I never thought I would survive.

Thank You for my beautiful Soul Sister Jill and my little soul nephew Fionn. 👯‍♀️🐾💕🥰🙌🙏🏻💫
Thank You for the love, laughter, friendship and beautiful connection that life has brought into my world.

Thank You for Mary Magdalene, the Divine Feminine energy, Jesus Christ, my angels, my guides and every beautiful soul and light that walks beside us on Earth and throughout the Universe. 🙏🏻✨🕊️

for every heavy battle I have carried.
For every mountain I had to climb.
For every tear.
For every lesson.

Thank You for allowing me to survive everything that was meant to break me.

Thank You for teaching me that surviving isn’t the end of the story…

sometimes it is the beginning of becoming who you were always meant to be. 🦋✨

Today my heart feels peaceful.

Grateful.

Full.

Loving.

Little butterfly didn’t come into my home by accident.

…it came as a tiny reminder that transformation is real, protection can be felt, and even after the darkest chapters, there is always another beautiful moment waiting to unfold. 🦋

I choose gratitude.

I choose love.

I choose peace.

I choose faith.

And I choose to trust the journey.

Some of the most beautiful moments of my life have been spent beside horses. 🦄💞

Working in Equine Assisted Learning and Therapeutic Riding has never just been a profession for me—it has been my calling.

Having the privilege of supporting children with disabilities, as well as mainstream riders, has filled my heart with purpose, gratitude, and endless joy. Every smile, every breakthrough, every little victory reminded me of the incredible healing power of the horse-human connection.

As a licensed Therapeutic Riding Coach and mainstream Riding Coach, I have been truly blessed to share this journey with so many wonderful children, families, friends, colleagues, and, of course, the incredible horses who made it all possible.

To every child who trusted me, every parent who believed in me, every volunteer, every friend, and every beautiful horse who touched my soul… thank you. ❤️

It has always been an honour and a privilege to walk this path alongside you.

Together, we created confidence, courage, smiles, hope, and memories that will stay in my heart forever.

I love you all. 💞🦄

A lovely day spent outdoors at the 75th Annual Agricultural Show 🐴✨

We enjoyed the showjumping, affiliated with the Irish Shows Association, Showjumping Ireland, the Irish Pony Society, and Side Saddle Ireland.
Thursday, 9th July 2026 — a day full of beautiful horses, fresh air, excitement, and lovely memories 💞

My girls Tia, Viva, and Rene, our Pips, and my greatest loves 🥳😍🦄🥰
The horses were absolutely amazing, and it was so special to share this day together.
I am deeply grateful for yesterday.
