Professional Pet Dog Grooming by Qualified Veterinary Nurse 😊

21/11/2022

The other half of Dogsbody rides again!!

Congratulations to my sister Edel who has decided to go back to one of her two loves - grooming, while incorporating the skills of her other one - veterinary nursing. Dogsbody's reputation was built on our knowledge and experience as qualified veterinary nurses, so I'm glad to see this pet health professional back in the saddle! 😊

Hi all🐕,

Have moved to Lismore and find myself with the odd free day - so if any of you from that area with small or medium dogs would like a grooming appointment, give me a call! Not excluding me old Dungarvanites obviously, if you care to travel (and Lismore is truly gorgeous this time of year) I'd be happy to see you too!!🐶

Best explanation ever of why buying dogs, especially "designer dogs" from the internet is so dodgy. People tend not to research their chosen breed very carefully and it nearly always ends up worse for the dog. Please read and I promise I won't post anything preachy for a whole week....oooh well maybe 2 or 3 days...!! 😉

Far from being resilient to disease, many of these cross-breeds are, in fact, far more vulnerable to agonising illness and infection than pedigree dogs.

Just heard of a new website that's been launched for people who like to travel with their pets - WoofAdvisor.com - how great is that?! It has reviews from customers too so limits the chance of being stuck in the basement with your pooch!
