📣 A Positive Update:
As many of you know I have unable to groom for a little while, as I recover after a serious dog bite. Today my lovely physio reported that I will be able to slowly start returning to work next week. I’ll only be working on a couple of dogs a day during this time as I build up my strength. I will not be able to work as quickly as usual for a little while so please understand that I might need to change appointments slightly. All customers affected have already been contacted prior to their upcoming appointments.

I may need to refer dogs who require a higher level of support out to Doireann and Aoife for a short time, if I don’t feel I will be able to groom them safely. I will have some on going physio for a while yet. As always, if any member of staff feels that it’s unsafe to continue working with a dog for any reason, the owner will be contacted immediately to ensure everyone’s safety.

The incident was a big shock for me. I pride myself in how we opprate the salon with both dogs and human safety and comfort in mind. I’m greatful that this was not a career ending injury. I won’t be discussing the incident further at this time.

To everyone who sent in cards, gifts and well wishes, I want to sincerely thank you for your kindness 🙏 Thank you all as always for your patience and understanding, Dani & the boys 🐶🐩🐾💕

I’m slowly getting through my bookings list to contact everyone with affected appointments. Please have patience with the girls at this time, they’re both doing their best to accommodate everyone as fast as they can 😊🙏 I don’t know exactly how long I’ll be out of action for unfortunately. Thanks for your understanding, Dani 🐶💕
