🔥 Remember Remember​

​Traditionally this time of year there are a lot of bonfires, and not always on November 5th!​

​Check there’s no wildlife taking shelter in it before lighting e.g. hedgehogs.​

​If you have one in your garden, PLEASE make sure it is completely out, especially before letting pets anywhere near the area.​

​Unsuspecting animals (wild or pet) can run over any embers, which may still be hot, and get burnt feet.

Lovely Lily and her mum Sharon came to visit us today for a health check. As Lily is moving into her senior year's it's important to keep an eye on things.

Lily's main aim is to keep an eye on the treat packet being passed around!!

Conkers can cause vomiting and tummy upsets if eaten and may also present a choking hazard 😲​

​Dogs will often eat fallen fruits and with conker's this can cause gastrointestinal obstruction – which we want to avoid! ​

​So, keep an EYE on them and give us a ring on 066 7123098 if you are concerned.
