I have been a saddler for more than 30 years and hope to offer you the benefit of my experience. I have worked in many areas - dressage with Albion/Legend, polo with The Tackeria, Palm Beach, many Hunts both here and in the UK, Eventers, Show Jumpers, numerous Pony Clubs, Riding Schools, Livery Yards, Trekking Centres, City Farms, Driving Horses and thousands of individual horse lovers. I always

have a huge selection of quality used saddles to choose from and will travel to fit saddles in your own yard or you can bring your horse to me. All saddles come with a 14 day happiness guarantee so you can buy with the confidence of full refund or exchange. My aim is always comfort for horse and rider at a price they can afford and we have saddles for all budgets. I also do any saddle repairs and maintenance such as straps, new trees, new seats, flocking etc you may require and am often able to offer a loan saddle to keep you riding while yours is off the road.

Q. What have we got that I’d like to keep?

A. Well, I always get in a bit of trouble for starting relationships with the handsome ones and like to keep them in hiding where I can admire them in private. However my assistant doesn’t understand my business model at all and can be a bit strict at times, so here goes…

This is a fabulous saddle , made by Farrington, it is designed for comfort and security. Farrington is a great english brand sadly becoming less available to us since they chose to sell most of it to America, not sure about that in these strange days though.

This Event model features buffalo flaps and skirts which make for a very soft and spongy feel, front and back blocks and this one a full set of new straps.

Thank you to all at Friary Riding Club for inviting us today to give a talk and demo on saddle fitting.

We had a lovely morning meeting you and your wonderful horses. Wishing all members a successful and fun season of riding.
