Joining us for our Open Day on Sunday 5th? 🎊
We're looking forward to welcoming you! Before you arrive, please take a moment to read the information below to help make your visit as smooth as possible.
🗓 Date: Sunday, July 5th
⏰ 11am - 2pm and 2pm - 3pm is a sensory-friendly hour
📍Eircode: F91 F895
🛻Parking: Please use the large car park across the road if travelling by car. Unfortunately, parking immediately around the clinic will not be available.
🚪Entrance: Please enter the clinic through the white side door. This will keep our 'walk-through' Open Day running smoothly and avoid congestion within the hospital.
💙Sensory-friendly hour: To support those who will benefit from a quieter environment, our sensory-friendly hour will take place between 2pm and 3pm. We kindly ask that visitors who do not specifically need this session complete their visit before 2pm.
🐾Pets: As we are a working hospital caring for unwell and injured animals throughout the day, we kindly ask that you do not bring your pets to the Open Day. This helps us keep our patients as calm and safe as possible while ensuring our emergency service can continue to operate without disruption. Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.
🏥Emergencies: As we're still operating our emergency service throughout the day, the event will be run as a walk-through experience. We kindly ask visitors to keep moving through the hospital so we can ensure everyone has the chance to look around while allowing our team to continue to providing care for any patients who need us.
There will be live demos, face painting and light refreshments on the day.
