To our wonderful clients,

As we prepare to close our doors, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you. 🙏 It has been an absolute privilege to care for your pets 🐾 and to be part of your lives. Many of you have been with us for years, allowing us to watch your puppies and kittens grow into cherished family members, celebrate happy milestones and at times supporting you through the most difficult goodbyes. 💔

The trust you placed in us is something we have never taken for granted. Every wagging tail 🐶, gentle purr 🐱, happy reunion, and heartfelt conversation has reminded us why we chose this profession. Caring for your pets has been more than our job, it has been our passion and our privilege. ❤️

Over the years, we have built not only lasting relationships with our patients but also genuine friendships with many of you. Your kindness, loyalty and support have meant more to us than words can express. 🤗

Although this chapter is coming to an end, the memories we have shared with you and your pets will stay with us forever. We feel incredibly fortunate to have been part of such a caring community, and we will always be grateful for the trust you placed in our team. 🌟

If you would like a copy of your pet’s clinical records, or if you would like us to forward them to another veterinary practice, please email us at [email protected] for Wexford or [email protected] for New Ross before our closing date so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

When contacting us, please include your pet’s name and, if applicable, the details of the veterinary clinic you would like the records sent to.

📢 Important Update for Our Wexford and New Ross Clients 📢

We have an important announcement regarding our New Ross and Wexford clinics. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close both locations for operational reasons. Our last day of operation will be Friday, 26th June 2026.

We understand this may be disappointing news, and we want to assure you that both clinics will continue to operate as usual until the closure date. Our team is dedicated to providing the same high standard of care for your pets during this time.

If your pet requires routine care such as vaccinations, prescriptions, or check-ups, please reach out to us before 26th June so we can assist you while we are still open.

To ensure your pet's care continues smoothly, we can arrange to transfer their medical records to your chosen veterinary practice or provide a copy directly to you. Please contact us before we close to facilitate this process.

For those enrolled in our Pet Health Plan, memberships associated with the New Ross and Wexford clinics will conclude after the closure, effective from 27th June 2026. If you have any questions about your plan, please get in touch with our Pet Plan team.

Most importantly, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our clients for the trust and loyalty you've shown over the years. It has been our genuine privilege to care for your pets, and we are incredibly thankful for the support you've given our team.

This week, we're dedicating our efforts to focusing on flea prevention. 🐾 Fleas are tiny, yet incredibly bothersome parasites that can wreak havoc not only on your pet’s comfort but also on their overall health. 🐶🐱 They thrive particularly well in warm, humid environments and are most active during the spring and summer months when the conditions are just right for them to multiply rapidly. 🌞🌿

Fleas go through four stages: egg, larva, pupa, and adult. The entire lifecycle can be completed in as little as two weeks under optimal conditions, making it vital to address each stage to prevent an infestation from taking hold.

What is Lyme Disease?
Lyme disease is an illness caused by a type of bacteria called Borrelia, which is transmitted through the bite of infected ticks. It's essential to be aware of the risks, especially during tick season. 🚨

Signs to Watch For
In pets, symptoms might include fever, loss of appetite, joint swelling, and decreased activity. If you notice any of these signs, please consult with us for a thorough check-up. 🐾

Risk to Humans
