🐾 A little reminder for all Pawfectly Groomed customers 🐾

As many of you know, I always do my very best to rebook your dog’s next appointment after each groom and send reminders where possible. However, during particularly busy periods (especially summer and Christmas), occasional oversights can happen.

To make sure your dog stays on schedule and doesn’t miss their regular groom, please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you haven’t heard from me within 4 weeks of when you expect your next appointment to be arranged.

While I’m always happy to help with scheduling and reminders as a courtesy, ultimately only you see your dog every day and know when they’re due their next groom, so I’d really appreciate customers checking in and confirming appointments where needed.

Thank you all so much for your understanding, support and for helping me keep everyone looking pawfectly groomed 🐶✨
