Hi everyone! Just a friendly reminder to please reply to any messages we send regarding your dog’s grooming appointment.

We’ve had a few occasions recently where we haven’t received a reply, so the appointment hasn’t been added to our diary, but clients have still arrived expecting to be seen. Unfortunately, if your appointment hasn’t been confirmed and booked into our schedule, we may not be able to accommodate you.

A quick reply helps us secure your booking and keeps everything running smoothly for everyone.
